Happy St. Paddy's Day

Today Mitch and I did A loop out of Blair Range to Bottletop and return via Sticks and Stones. I was out of my comfort zone as Mitch's fitness is A few levels above mine So thanks for waiting.

Ride 2011 03 16

Guillermo, Steve McCabe and I rode Neds to Bottletop today .Guillermo is on his way back to Chile so we had to get him out on some other trails before he leaves. Have a safe journey home buddy. Hope to see you again who knows maybe I will ride in Chile some day ?

On Friday I rode with Guillermo from Santiago Chile it was raining heavy down low and snowing at the top of corkscrew so we just did a little XC loop on Bottle top, the photos did not turn out sorry. Hope to get out this week for a shuttle or 2 before he goes home to Chile with his new Shocker.

I have been riding the Hummer the last few rides. I haven't rode a hard tail since I gave up the stiffee about 9 years ago for a full suspension.
Today I did a lap out of Blair range to bottletop and back The weather was nice and sunny not to much snow on the lower mountain and I found a new XC trail. to change up the loop.

I rode the hummer for the first time in the trails toady,it felt amazing I had commuted to work a few times. The climbs felt easier than the full suspension.On the fast sections it felt very stable.

Ride 2011 03 03

Today Chaz and I did A lap on Coconut. The trail was a little slushy at the start after the snow we had last week, still had a good ride. The greens in the forest were awesome today, spring is in the air.
